Slimecoin Season One is live: 30% of Supply Waiting to Be Played and Won

Slimecoin.io is live, and with it comes the new fully on-chain game from Supersize: Blob Battle. This marks the beginning of a new era of real-time gaming, where every match isn’t just for fun - it’s for real, with on-chain value.
What is Slimecoin.io?
Slimecoin.io is a game hub where its flagship game, Blob Battle, has free coins waiting to be eaten. In Season One, 30% of the supply will be distributed directly to players. It’s fast, competitive, and powered by MagicBlock’s Ephemeral Rollups.
Players start as blobs, eat coins on the map, and grow stronger by consuming other players. The best part: the coins you collect accumulate in your vault and can be instantly withdrawn. It feels like a classic IO game, but every action happens onchain.

Seamless Gameplay Starts With The Vault
Behind the scenes, Supersize has built a seamless vault system. By activating a vault on Slimecoin.io, players can accumulate and withdraw coins without constant transaction signing. The vault delegates accounts to MagicBlock’s Ephemeral Rollups, making gameplay smooth while keeping everything fully non-custodial.
Under the Hood: How Slimecoin Runs Fully On-Chain
For players, Slimecoin feels simple: click play, move around, eat tokens, cash out, and repeat. But under the hood, it’s a highly technical system that relies on the delegation, undelegation of Ephemeral Rollups to make the experience both seamless and trustless.
- Delegation and the Vault: To start earning real Slimecoin, players must activate a vault. The vault delegates its account to an Ephemeral Rollup. This delegation is what enables real-time gameplay to be recorded on-chain without constant transaction signing. The vault is non-custodial: players own it directly, and neither Supersize nor MagicBlock ever takes control of funds
- Play Session on an Ephemeral Rollup: Once a vault is active, each action —blob movement, coin consumption, or interaction with other players —updates their player component in real-time inside that Rollup. To the player, it just feels like hitting start and playing a normal IO game.
- Accumulating Coins: As the session runs, the player’s withdrawable balance updates continuously within the Rollup. Matches can be chained back-to-back: you finish one, see your payout reflected in your balance, and jump straight into the next without ever touching Solana mainnet.
- Withdrawing or Depositing: When a player decides to cash out, the Rollup commits the updated state, including their balance, back to the Solana mainnet. At that moment, undelegation finalizes the balance, making it withdrawable directly to their wallet. If they later deposit funds to continue playing, those funds are redelegated to a Rollup, ready for the next session.
As Lewis Arnsten, Founder and CEO of Supersize, put it:
“Real money IO games built fully on-chain are not possible without MagicBlock’s Ephemeral Rollups. We needed an extremely low-latency environment to make Slimecoin real-time, trustless, and scalable, and MagicBlock was the only way we could do that.”

Why Being Fully Onchain Matters
Building Slimecoin fully onchain was a deliberate and strategic choice. It solves real problems that offchain real-money games face:
- No centralized custody of player funds
- Trustless, uncheatable game mechanics
- Direct integration with Solana liquidity and experimental frameworks like Heaven
This foundation allows Supersize to scale Slimecoin into a true ecosystem of composable games, something impossible with centralized servers.
“When you’re building fully on-chain, there are no servers and no custody of user funds. Accounts are non-custodial and owned by the players, which is a big step toward compliance and trustlessness. It eliminates the bottlenecks of off-chain real money games and lets us build an ecosystem that simply wouldn’t be possible with centralized servers.” - Lewis
New Quests on MagicBlock
To celebrate the launch, MagicBlock has added new quests to the Questline. Players can earn points and tokens by diving into Slimecoin, making it easier than ever to start competing, stacking, and discovering what’s possible with fully on-chain games.=
What’s Next for Slimecoin
Blob Battle is only the first title. Supersize has Snake Battle lined up for release in just a few weeks, further expanding the Slimecoin universe. Season One is now live, giving players ample time to earn coins, experiment with new games, and be part of the earliest phase of this on-chain gaming revolution.
Powered by Solana and MagicBlock, Slimecoin is laying the foundation for a new generation of games where players don’t just play, they own, earn, and shape the future.
